3D Asphalt Paving repaired a sizeable church parking lot that had fallen into disrepair. We were concerned that it might be beyond repair, but Dan with 3D assured us that the large cracks could be milled out and filled. They were great to schedule with, working around various events, and ensuring that we had access when we needed it.  We had received several bids.  Not only was 3D’s bid very fair relative to the others, but in checking out some other bidders’ work, our completed project looks far and away better. Our sealed and striped lot looks brand new from a distance, and you have to look really close to see the patches. They were quickly responsive to any concerns, and came in on budget, and on schedule. I recently had 3-D asphalt do A driveway and some  patching. They did excellent work in fact I feel like they did more than what they were supposed to. . I told a worker not do one area. Dan told his guys go ahead and do that area she’s paid for it already. I would never have known the difference but Dan and his men worked late into the night to complete the job as promised. 3D Asphalt recently completed repairs and seal coating on the three private streets within Eagle Ridge HOA.  Daniel completed the bid and signed the contract with our president, who then had to be out of town when the work was actually done.  I was so pleased with how easy Daniel and his son were to work with.   They did exactly what they said they would do, when they would do it, and how they would do it.  Our neighborhood had some special needs due to age of residents and medical appointments for one resident.  3D did an amazing job of accommodating those needs.  The quality of the work is superior in comparison to other vendors we considered.  The many repair spots we had are smooth and look like the original street, the cracks were thoroughly blown clean and the cracks and edges were properly sealed.  Our residents were all impressed with how efficient the process was and how good the quality of the finished work is.  I would definitely recommend 3D Asphalt. I want to express appreciation on behalf of myself and Eagle Ridge Association (HOA) members for the exceptional job the 3D Asphalt crew which did with the asphalt repair and seal coating of our three streets Aug. 17-19, 2021.  We appreciated how Daniel Jensen handled the bidding process and planning the tasks to accommodate our members' needs during repair and sealcoating. I was confident that 3D would provide a top product having looked at some other jobs 3D had completed.  We have received many compliments about how diligent you were in protecting sidewalks, driveways and curbs from the sealcoat being sprayed.   We were also impressed with the overall quality results of the project, especially when you were short members of your normal crew!   3D is a top-quality asphalt contractor. Need to get your driveway in shape? I sure did but I’m a procrastinator and I let it get real bad. They took care of it. Great price, responsible work crew and even though they suggested a couple of improvements - didn’t add to the original quote. It was a big residential circle drive and it looks great. Daniel and his company have resurfaced several commercial parking lots for us and always do a fantastic job.  He sat down with our Property Manager and talked with him and understood exactly what we needed and had a way to work around the challenges of having tenants occupying the buildings of the lots.  We will keep calling him back for future property jobs!
